- 12 ounces pasta (penne, rotini, or bowtie)
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves torn or sliced
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze (plus more for drizzling)
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt & Ground Pepper to taste
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and torn basil.
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic glaze, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze and serve immediately or chill before serving.
